Should you have concerns with how your claim is progressing talk to your Insurance Broker. Your Broker will work with you in dealing with any insurance concerns that you may have.

Your concerns should be in writing and include:

• Your name
• Address
• The nature of the issue
• How you would like to see the situation resolved
