Although one hopes that our claims service will never have to be tested, rest assured that when a claims situation arises, your claim will be settled as quickly as possible and paid promptly once the claim is settled. An important factor to note is that all losses are settled here at our head office in Langley, BC. There is no need to wait for claims settlement authority to come from back East.

Depending on the type of loss, your adjuster will either be a Mutual Fire Insurance staff adjuster or an independent adjuster hired to meet your needs.
 
In The Event of a Loss:
Contact your Broker immediately to report the details of the loss.

If the loss is after usual business hours and is an emergency, contact Allmark, Smith and Associates Ltd. at 1-800-440-8531.
An on-call independent adjuster will be assigned to your loss.

If it is not an emergency, report the loss to your Broker the next business day.

Prompt reporting of your loss will help us serve you better.
