UNDERWRITING ASSISTANT We are currently hiring for an Underwriting Assistant
for our Personal and Farm departments. Working in a team environment, this position will
provide underwriting assistance, and administrative support to our
Personal and Farm Underwriters. Job Responsibilities: Issue
policy documents under the direction of an Underwriter.
Process a variety of policy change requests including cancellations and
endorsements.
Assist underwriters with information gathering and assembly of necessary
reports. Other
duties as assigned. Experience/Skills Required: 1-2
years of related work experience, preferably in insurance.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to produce a high volume of quality work. |
